WIN Waste Innovations is proud to be an essential partner in the towns where we live & work.
Sustainably managing waste and recycling is just the start of our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and preserving our natural resources. We are committed to supporting initiatives that both educate and mobilize partners to conserve the health of our environment.
From waste reduction education to recycling and composting infrastructure, we are working with communities to reduce the amount of trash they create. From restoring sparrow nests in the marshes of the New England coast, planting urban tree canopies in Baltimore, and cleaning litter from the rivers and waterways of Florida, we strive to be a leader in environmental service to our world.
At WIN Waste Innovations, our employees perform highly technical work that requires engineering, trades in maintenance and electrical, as well as equipment operation. We know that fostering the next generation of STE(A)M students and working within communities to support workforce development opportunities will make for an even better future.
We are working to ensure disparities in technology education are addressed to prevent a generation of underserved young people from being ill-equipped to meet the challenges of an increasingly technical world so we are working across our footprint to reduce this imbalance and create equitable opportunities for learning and economic growth.
The COVID-19 pandemic caused unprecedented hardship throughout our country and as the need for essential goods grew, so did our employees’ desire to support. Our company increased our support for food pantries, provided PPE to community partners, worked with pastors and local leaders to offer digital learning support, and helped provide necessities to Seniors who were safer staying home. We will continue to play an active role in enhancing the quality of life in the communities where we operate, and our customers and employees live and work.
