Committed to Your Community

We’re proud to be an essential partner in the towns where we live and work.

Preserving Our Natural Resources

We prioritize the environment in our services and support community organizations that work towards a more sustainable future — from planting urban tree canopies in Baltimore to restoring sparrow nests in New England’s coastal marshes. By supporting over 250 local organizations, we’re able to help fund progress in areas we’re passionate about, including waste reduction education, wildlife sanctuary protection, planting trees, and urban gardens.

Leveling the STE(A)M Playing Field

We’re no stranger to complex work. In fact, many of our employees work in some highly technical roles that require experience in everything from engineering to equipment operation. That’s why one of our most important initiatives is working within communities to support workforce development opportunities while fostering the next generation of Science, Technology, engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics students.

By working with schools around our service areas, we strive to support underserved students with equitable opportunities to meet the challenges of our increasingly technical world.

Essential Workers Supporting Essential Needs

At WIN Waste Innovations, our commitment to community support goes beyond our daily operations. Our employees actively contribute to meeting essential needs in the communities where we live and work.

We partner with local organizations to:

  • Deliver meals and companionship to seniors.
  • Provide students with school supplies to help them start the year prepared and confident.
  • Support food pantries and hunger relief efforts.
  • Respond to evolving community needs with compassion and action.

We remain dedicated to making a meaningful difference — one neighborhood, one family, and one act of service at a time.
